Click OK. Grant permission by clicking on YES.Navigate to the following path

Select the wheel you are using, based on the last 4 digits of each VID.Right-click on it and then click on the Delete option. Click Ok.After the process is done, remove the wheel then plug it in again.Once you are connected click View > Refresh.
